Flatwork Ironer Padding
Laundry Ironer Padding also called ironer felt caters for all kinds of ironer machine temperature. Tailor-made high strength base cloth and good material is needed by heavy machinery and on high temperature heat setting finishing. Our padding raw material is from Dupont.
100% Polyester padding 900 gsm for ches heated flatwork ironer. It is ideal for ironers working under 8 bar or 175 Degree C. Working life expectancy: If the laundry washing process is perfect the ironer is perfectly tuned, one can expect the padding life to be up to 1500 hours or more.
100% Nomes padding 850 gsm for chest heated flatwork ironer. Is for high working temperature machines. The recommended working temperature for this padding is 190 to 205 Degree C. Working life expectancy: If the laundry washing process is perfect the ironer is perfectly tuned, one can expect the padding life to be up to 4000 hours or more.

The label “Best in Class” is certainly applicable to the AT230. High folding quality is achieved by pulsed air flow and reversing belts. Able to (French) fold all kinds of tumble dried items up to 230cm.
